    We list your sites and domains, agree a date and a fixed price, and put it in writing.

  3. We move it

    We copy everything across, test it, and switch over at a moment that suits you. Your old host stays untouched until you are happy.

  4. We run it

    From then on we handle updates, backups and renewals. You ask for changes in My Zustack.

What is managed hosting?

Managed hosting means we run the servers for you. We install and update the software, keep it secure, make backups and watch for problems. You use your website. We look after everything underneath.

Can you move my existing website?

Yes. We copy your site and database to our servers, test everything and switch over when you are ready. Your old host stays as it is until the switch, so there is nothing to undo.

Do you register domain names?

Yes. We register and renew domains, transfer existing domains to Zustack and manage their DNS settings. You can see everything in My Zustack.

What if something breaks?

What does it cost?

It depends on what you run. Tell us what you have today and we send a fixed quote, in euros, before anything is moved.

Where are my data and servers?

Our servers are in data centres in Germany, within the European Union, so your data stays in Europe. Personal data you store with us is handled as described in our privacy policy and our data processing agreement.
